Overview
We designed and deployed a production-ready DevOps ecosystem across AWS and Azure with secure networking, full CI/CD automation, and cost governance.
Challenge
The project started without configured infrastructure and delivery processes: no stable dev/prod environments, manual deployments with high error risks, missing security/cost controls, and complex AWS-Azure integration.
Solution
- Configured VPC, EC2, RDS, S3, ECR, IAM, and KMS
- Deployed separate dev and production environments
- Implemented secure networking and AWS-Azure VPN
- Automated CI/CD: GitHub Actions → ECR → EC2
- Enabled SSH-less deployments via AWS SSM
- Added rollback mechanisms and health checks
- Automated Docker image build and delivery
- Implemented access controls with IAM and OIDC
- Configured backup policies with EBS snapshots
- Set up monitoring, budget alerts, and cost optimization
- Added Lambda-based auto start/stop for servers
Result
Fully automated and predictable delivery, stable infrastructure for dev and production, lower deployment risk, reduced infrastructure costs, and readiness for scaling.
